The landscaping was designed to complement the home’s architectural lines while adding warmth and texture through carefully selected materials.
- Decking: Built with Ekodeck Alpine Ash, the deck offers a natural timber look with the durability of composite, ensuring minimal maintenance and long-lasting style.
- Balustrade: Sleek stainless steel wire balustrading with 50mm square posts and a 75mm x 35mm handrail provides both safety and a contemporary finish. The addition of a powder-coated black steel fencing balustrade ties the design together with a modern edge.
- Granite Paving: Expansive granite paving introduces a premium, textured surface that’s both durable and elegant, creating continuity across the outdoor entertaining areas.
- Basalt Rock Steps: Handcrafted basalt rock steps create a strong visual statement while connecting the lower and upper landscaping zones, ensuring a seamless flow between different areas of the garden.
- Custom Seating: A striking cantilevered decking seat, also clad in Ekodeck Alpine Ash, adds a bespoke feature to the space, perfect for casual seating or gathering outdoors.

At the heart of this home is a 12m x 3m enclosed swimming pool, designed as an all-weather haven where resort-style living meets year-round functionality.
- Pool Finish: The interior sparkles with Bisazza Marilyn glass mosaic tiles, finished with Fillgel grout for a smooth, refined look.
- Control System: The pool is fitted with the Austral Halo Bluetooth system, giving the homeowners effortless, app-based control of pool functions.
- Heating: A powerful 58kW commercial-grade heat pump ensures the pool maintains the perfect temperature, offering uninterrupted enjoyment regardless of the season.
- Tiles and Coping: To enhance the luxury feel of the enclosure, Perini Resort Wash indoor-outdoor tiles were used for the pool tiles and coping, adding a clean, sophisticated aesthetic that ties seamlessly with the architecture of the home.
